The Brief
When we began working with HomeExchange, our primary objective was to increase brand awareness in the UK and encourage consumers to view home-swapping as a credible and appealing accommodation option. While HomeExchange offers a more affordable, authentic, and sustainable way to travel, adoption in the UK has historically lagged behind other markets. COW’s role is to help bridge this gap and shift consumer perceptions over time.

The Work
We manage a proactive and hard-working always-on press office for HomeExchange, leveraging the brand’s owned assets to generate consistent media coverage. The first-hand experiences of HomeExchange members provide a wealth of compelling, human-led stories, which we place in top-tier national and consumer publications every week.
In addition, we utilise HomeExchange’s internal data to uncover emerging travel trends and insights, creating timely and newsworthy angles for the media. Alongside this, we lead on spokesperson profiling, positioning CEO Emmanuel Arnaud at the forefront of press activity. This allows us to establish HomeExchange as an authoritative voice within the travel sector, while continuing to build trust and credibility for the brand.
