Unlike other animation studios, Pixar has never been afraid to get a little dark in their movies (remember Toy Story 3?). However, the latest production to come out from its studio takes things to a new level.
‘Borrowed Time’ is a short film created by Pixar animators Andrew Coats and Lou Hamou-Lhadj over a five-year period. The touching tale follows the story of a Sheriff in mourning and is bound to pull at your heartstrings.
With its intense tone and emotional storytelling, it wasn’t long after its online debut that the film went viral. Not bad for a film created during spare time.
