If you’ve had your bay trees burgled or your bush grabbed in the night, then you are not alone.

In fact, according to new research from our client MORE TH>N, one in five gardens have been pilfered by green-fingered thieves in the 12 last months, in an unprecedented spate of plant theft across the nation. And we’re not just talking £10 here and there! Thieves are taking on average £72 worth of horticultural hauls with every garden raid. Teaming up with gardening expert Bob Flowerdew (for real!), we gave garden-proud Brits the top tips and tricks to stop plant plunderers in their tracks.

We also secured got a branded feature on BBC Radio 4’s You and Yours programme featuring a plant theft victim from Sussex. Hopefully that’ll deter those garden thieves from now on.
