Tonight sees the opening of the darkest festive experience you’re bound to find on our shores this year: the first ever all (naturally) black Christmas dinner, brought to you by The Kraken Black Spiced Rum.
Guests will be tucking in to a feasting menu of Black Beast Branded Devon red rare roast beef; black charcoal bread & black pudding stuffing; and black heritage black carrots roasted with cumin & honey and Black rich spiced Christmas pudding with almonds infused with The Kraken Black Spiced Rum. They’ll be enveloped by a warm dark Christmas spirit as they sit at lavishly decorated banqueting benches, surrounded by black Christmas trees, gifts and wreaths. And to top it off, a dreamlike gentle snowfall will drift down towards guests from within the restaurant’s high arches; a spectacular effect created by Olivier award-winning lighting designers, magically completing the surreal experience.
And of course there is a very special menu of Kraken cocktails available too. Thanks to some stonking coverage in Time Out, The Evening Standard, The Mail Online, Metro, Mirror Online and more, feast tickets are sold out but you can still visit the bar: book your slot here.
